Summit View Home-Based Program (SVHP)

Would you like to homeschool your child through RUSD? Would you like to have the flexibility of how long your child works at one time and when s/he works?

To enroll in Summit View, parents of students living within RUSD may submit Intra-District Applications to Summit View (IS). The application may be submitted one of the following three ways: (*If you live outside of RUSD attendance boundaries (interdistrict transfers) and seek enrollment into Summit View, please go to the CRC at 5700 Arlington Avenue, Monday thru Friday between 8 am-4 pm for processing.)


1. Parent/guardian may submit the form via Transfer Online System: http://riversideunified.org/departments/pupil_services/transfers
Once you log in to the transfer online system, "Open Enrollment Intra-District Transfer (Summit View & Virtual" are one of the options available to you. Keep in mind that you may need to create an account if you do not already have one.

2. Parent/guardian may submit the Intra-District Transfer Application (English & Spanish Attached) electronically by emailing the form to Transfer Desk @ studenttransfers@riversideunified.org


OR


3. Parent/guardian may submit a hardcopy by visiting CRC at 5700 Arlington Avenue, Monday thru Friday between 8 am-4 pm.


All students should remain enrolled in and attending their school of attendance until the transfer is approved and Summit View is able to transfer the student. Pupil Services will coordinate efforts with Summit View so that sites, where students are transferring from, can inactivate the students ASAP and Summit View may activate them.
